Cyberbit A/S - change of Hosting
facilities.

Cyberbit A/S has successfully switched
to a new hosting company in Denmark, Azero A/S which is a collocation for many
of our servers at Cyberbit A/S.

The move to the new location was simple
an only took about 3 days including installation and software customizing.  

The ECCPRO Payment gateway is now hosted
on some brand new and state of the art IBM servers with ultra fast CPUs and disk
systems, which increase speed and uptime dramatically.

We expect no further downtime and all
systems should work as before, there might be some minor changes that need to be
done which do not affect the transaction processing system.
