 Which type of Pharmacy Merchants are allowed.
Solution Below is a guideline for Pharmacy business which is accepted by Cyberbit A/S

1) Sells only FDA approved products and has a clinical consultation, either offline or online;

2) Is backed by a registered pharmacy company and has permits for each location it operates in and must be able to provide notarized copies of
all relevant Pharmacy licenses;

3) Does not sell opiate-based narcotics (i.e.: "Heavy" drugs that are subject to misuse);

4) Follows applicable standards and guidelines for location. Default will be the US FDA guidelines in absence of any country specific;

5) Maintains the FDA or equivalent mandated process for product recall (i.e.: does not sell anonymously);

6) Does not sell in-vitro tests (e.g.: does not sell HIV+ kits etc., as this requires counselling);

7) Does not sell any controlled substances;

8) All customers are required to provide prescriptions for every order.

9) No Generics;

10) The Bank will not accept merchants that fulfill from India.

11) All orders must be shipped via courier and proof provided upon request;

12) The merchant must be able to provide a legal opinion as per the MasterCard security bulletin July 2005.

13) Pharmacies must be based in the USA and Must be fulfilling orders to USA Customers

* Chargebacks are under 1%
* Refunds are under 2.5%
* Merchant has been established for minimum 12 months
* Product and price list updated as appropriate and sent to Cyberbit A/S on the 30th of each month.
* Updated certified copies of pharmacy licenses Fedexed to Cyberbit every six months files/solutions compliance.
